Booking, Deposit, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Blu Aesthetics. To ensure fairness to all clients and allow appointments to run smoothly, the following policy applies to all bookings.

Deposits

All treatments require a £40 deposit. This is per treatment to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel or reschedule the treatment.

Please note that all deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Any card machine payments will incur a 2% fee.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.

No-Shows

Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and 100% of the full treatment cost will be charged.

Training Academy Refund & Cancellation Policy


Cancellations by Students
  • More than 14 days before the course date: eligible for a transfer or refund minus an admin fee.
  • 7-14 days before the course date: 50% of the course fee is refundable.
  • Less than 7 days before the course date: no refund will be issued.
Course Transfers
  • One course date transfer may be permitted with a minimum of 7 days notice.
  • Transfers are subject to availability.
Failure to Attend
  • Non-attendance without notice will result in loss of payment.
Course Cancellations by the Academy
  • If the academy cancels or reschedules a course, students will be offered an alternative date.
Accreditation & Insurance

It is the student's responsibility to ensure they meet entry requirements and obtain suitable insurance where required. This will be checked by the academy, and certification proof will be required.
